The Role
You will be responsible for the management of identifying, You will prepare, manage and monitor the schedule of cases for quality assurance checking by the QA team and identify cases for checking against identified areas of risk. You will be responsible for resource planning; creating plans for workflow, scheduling, resourcing and reporting on the advise assurance requirements of the risk based methodology and the quality assurance of it's application. aligning a schedule for case checks for the available resource and identifying resource gaps in order to plan appropriate short term cover requirements. The role will also require you to agree QA requirements, identify QA issues and escalate and issues to the relevant parties.

The Person
For your application to be considered, you must have experience in an assurance consultant role and have a strong understanding of the quality assurance function and it's role in the management of risk associated with the provision of financial advice. Previous experience in a scheduling would be preferred. Full Certificate in Financial Planning (or equivalent) is essential as a minimum.
